From Design Requirements to Experimental Testing
Expertise and instrumentation to support your technical department.
We design tests that reproduce real operating conditions, ensuring every solution is verified before becoming a product.
Kireon was born from the consolidated experience of test engineering within Sideius.
It is part of an ecosystem that integrates laboratory, non-destructive testing, training, certification, and computer vision: a network of expertise designed to guide clients from testing to technical decision-making, with a unified vision of quality and reliability.

In today’s engineering, a product’s success depends on its ability to meet increasingly stringent requirements for performance, reliability, and innovation.
That’s why we don’t just perform tests: we co-design them with those who conceived the component.
Co-design
We start with the designer’s questions. We analyze material, geometry, and functionality criticalities together before defining the testing path.
Beyond the Standard
We build customized test plans that reproduce real operating conditions, including extreme scenarios, even without reference standards and regulations.
Data Interpretation
We don’t stop at data collection: we interpret it together with the client to validate design choices and identify new opportunities for improvement.
Thoroughly understanding each component and its role within the system is fundamental to our work.
Through a structured process, we analyze every aspect of the component to be tested, from its function to its operating environment, including the loads and stresses it is subjected to.
This approach allows us to design and execute tests that meet specific client requirements and generate useful data to optimize and validate the final product.
What is the component's function within the system?
In what operating environment does the component work?
Is the component subject to multiple loads (mechanical, pressure, thermal)?
What CAD data is available for designing the test equipment?
Collaboration with the client during the design phase is essential. Access to the component’s CAD data allows us to develop custom test equipment that replicates real assembly conditions.
What are the assembly characteristics of the component/sub-system?
Accurately reproducing the component’s installation within the system is essential for meaningful testing and ensures that the results reflect real performance.
What is the objective of the test? What final information is required?
